Further promote the first and second batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects, Renewable Energy Projects in 102 Major Projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan, As well as the construction of renewable energy projects specified in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for national economic and social development. We should focus on the integration of renewable energy before the end of the year. Before the end of the year, there is a great demand for renewable energy projects to be connected to the grid. All power grids and power generation enterprises should strengthen the grid connection, so as to "merge as much as possible" and "merge as early as possible". Further measures should be taken to ensure the consumption and utilization of renewable energy, give full play to the role of renewable energy in "meeting the peak and winter", and resolutely avoid the coexistence of "supply gap" and "large-scale abandonment of wind, light and water. We should attach great importance to the promotion of renewable energy green certificate work. In response to the requirements of the new situation, improve the relevant system as soon as possible to provide a policy basis for the development of green card work; earnestly do a good job in the "establishment of files and cards" for renewable energy projects to lay the foundation for the issuance of green cards.
The meeting called for a comprehensive list of issues such as "grid connection and other power grids", "power grid approval" and "power grid and other power sources", and continued to promote the solution of feedback problems from monthly dispatch units to create a good environment for the development of renewable energy.
